I am a New York based actress, returning to the craft after a few years away. With a background in early childhood education and video editing, storytelling has always been a part of my life - whether through play as a child (bossing my grandfather in dress up clothes) or stage experience during undergrad or being a part of various indie shorts. I love to find ways to incorporate instincts of playfulness, sensitivity and intuitiveness into acting and I am drawn to stories that are meaningful and significant to our world today. Some of my favorite roles have been Sara in Stop Kiss (The Royall Tyler Theatre), Meg in A Stye of the Eye (The Royall Tyler Theatre), and Rachel in Reckless (Infinity Repertory Theatre Company). Past training experience includes Vance Barber’s Advanced On-Camera workshop, Scene Study with Michael Beckett at HB Studios, Todd Thaler at the Stella Adler and currently with Andrew Polk at the Freeman Studio. And on occasion, I’ve been known to sing in a classic rock cover band, but that’s a story for another time.
